Terms of Service

Effective 27 October 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and the Voxelis team: Aarsh Joshi, Samarth Hannure and Darshan Bari, three founders working together in India ("Voxelis", "we", "us"). Voxelis is not yet a registered company, so for now the agreement is with us as individuals. Contact: founder@voxelis.in.

By creating an account or using OmniSplat you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. What OmniSplat is

OmniSplat (at https://omnisplat.voxelis.in) turns photos, text prompts and videos into 3D models and 3D scenes (Gaussian splats) on cloud GPUs. It is a free beta. There are no payments and no guarantees: we may change it, limit it, break it or shut it down at any time.

2. Who may use it

3. Acceptable use

You must own what you upload, or have permission to use it. You must not:

We may remove content, cancel jobs, and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without notice.

4. Your content

5. Results

6. Non-commercial use only, for now

Some software and models inside OmniSplat are licensed for non-commercial use only. Until we replace them, do not use the service or its results to make money, unless we have agreed in writing that you may. We will update these Terms when this changes.

7. Limits

We set limits and may change them. Today they are: 2 jobs running at once and 20 jobs per 24 hours per account, fewer from chat assistants; photos and videos up to 50 MB; videos up to 60 seconds. We may cancel, stop or refuse a job at any time, for example because of cost, abuse or maintenance. Jobs and results can be lost. Keep your own copy of anything that matters. How long we keep your data is in the Privacy Policy.

8. Ending your access

You can stop using the service at any time. You can delete your jobs, and your whole account with all its jobs, yourself from the website. We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, for example for breaking these Terms or after a long period of inactivity. Sections 3 to 6 and 9 to 12 continue to apply afterwards.

9. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. This includes any warranty of accuracy, availability, fitness for a purpose or non-infringement.

10. Limit of our liability

To the extent the law allows:

You will cover losses we suffer because Your Content or your use of the service breaks these Terms or someone else's rights.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first (founder@voxelis.in) so we can try to settle a problem informally. If that does not work, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under law to go elsewhere.

12. Changes and contact

We may change these Terms. The new version will be posted at https://voxelis.in/terms with its date, and for important changes we will also show a notice on the website. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept it.

Questions, complaints or requests: Aarsh Joshi, founder@voxelis.in.
